What happens when it gets something wrong?
It is built to say it is not sure and hand the item to a person, rather than guess. Answers come out of your own files, so if the answer is not in your archive the agent says so instead of inventing one. And before anything goes live we deliberately throw bad inputs and trick questions at it to make sure it stops rather than improvises.
