Aceleron Intelligence, LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Miami. We build custom AI agents and automations for law firms and local businesses.

This page explains the information the aceleron.ai marketing website collects, how we use it, and how long we keep it. It does not describe how a system we build for a client handles that client's own data. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

Contact form. When you request an intro call, the form collects your name, company name, email address, business type, an optional phone number, and a short description of the workflows you want to improve. We use that information only to reply, run the intro call, and follow up with you about it.

Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic and page performance. GA4 uses cookies and processes standard request data (IP address, browser, device, referring page). We do not build advertising profiles from it and we do not sell it.

Server logs. Standard web-server logs (request URL, timestamp, IP address, user agent) are kept by our hosting provider for a short period to detect abuse and diagnose problems.

Detect abuse of the contact form and the site as a whole.

We do not sell your information.

We do not share your submission with a sales team, because we do not have one. The senior partners read every request.

We do not use your contact submission to train a public AI model.

The website runs on Vercel. Contact-form notifications are delivered by Resend. Analytics runs on Google Analytics 4. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

We keep contact-form submissions in our inbox for as long as they are useful to the conversation, then archive or delete them. Analytics data is retained under GA4's default settings.

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to pete@aceleron.ai and we will respond.

You can disable GA4 in the browser by blocking analytics cookies or using a browser that blocks them by default.

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we make a material change we will update this page and the date at the top. Small edits for clarity are made from time to time without notice.
