Private AI your bar association can live with.

Intake, document review, and research run on hardware in your office, so confidential files never leave the building and privilege stays intact. Nothing is routed through a public cloud service.

On-prem by design. Your case files never leave your office.

01Where the hours go

The work that is quietly draining billable time.

Each line is a pain a managing partner already feels, paired with the outcome once a private system takes it on.

Pain · 01

Associates lose hours to intake and admin every week.

Automated intake captures and structures new matters, freeing billable time.

Pain · 02

Document and contract review is slow and repetitive.

Private AI review surfaces key terms and risks, with routine review cut by roughly half.

Pain · 03

Sensitive case files cannot go to a public cloud tool.

Secure retrieval over your private files, where your data stays in your environment.

02The legal workflows

Four systems built for the way a firm actually runs.

Each one is scoped to a real point of friction in the practice and built to run reliably, with a person confirming anything that carries consequence.

Workflow · 01

Intake automation

New matters are captured, structured, and routed without an associate retyping a single field. Conflicts checks and missing-information flags happen up front.

Workflow · 02

Document and contract review

Routine review surfaces key terms, dates, and risks across long documents in minutes, with a person confirming anything that carries consequence.

Workflow · 03

Private knowledge retrieval

Secure retrieval over your private case files. The AI system answers from your own archive, running in your controlled environment, and nothing is sent to a public service.

Workflow · 04

Citation-checked research

Research grounded in your documents and verified sources. If support is not in the record, the agent says so and escalates rather than inventing a citation.

03Privilege and the rules

Built to keep you on the right side of the guidance.

ABA Formal Opinion 512 and Model Rule 1.6 ask a plain question: where does the confidential information go, and who can reach it. With a public cloud tool, the honest answer is that you do not fully know. With Aceleron, the answer is simple. It stays in your building.

Privilege stays intact

01ABA Formal Opinion 512

Lawyers must understand where client data goes when they use a generative AI tool. On-prem deployment makes that answer concrete: the data stays on your hardware, on your network.

02Model Rule 1.6 - Confidentiality

You must make reasonable efforts to prevent disclosure of client information. Running AI on an isolated machine in your office, with nothing sent to a third party, is a reasonable effort you can document.

03Model Rule 5.3 - Supervision

Non-lawyer assistance must be supervised. We build human-in-the-loop checkpoints by consequence, so a person signs off wherever the stakes warrant it.

This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice. Confirm your obligations against current ABA and state bar guidance.

04The payback math

The question is how fast it pays for itself.

A junior associate billing around $250 an hour loses roughly six hours a week to intake and admin. Recover that time and you free about $1,500 a week in billable capacity, per associate. Multiply that across your associates and the recovered capacity adds up fast.

Figures below are an illustrative calculation, not a quote or a guarantee. We run the real numbers against your firm during the audit.
